Short version: a support contact holds only what we need to help you, it stays in India, and a safeguard concern is kept on a stricter, separate footing. The longer version below says exactly what that means.

01  What a ticket holds

What you write, any screenshots you attach, which property it is about, and how to reply to you. If you raised it from an account, it links to that account so we can see the context — nothing more than the help needs.

02  The safeguard lane is separate

A safeguard concern is kept apart from ordinary tickets, with restricted visibility — only the trained people handling it can see it. Wellbeing information is never used to train AI of any kind, and never repurposed for marketing.

03  Where it lives, and leaving

Support records are stored in India. You can ask for a copy of what a ticket holds, and you can ask us to delete it. There is no charge to export or to leave.

04  What we never do

We never advertise to you through support, never sell or share what you tell us, and never put an AI in front of a wellbeing or distress contact. Those are floors, not preferences.
